To get your customized mission uploaded in the Download section it must have a customized briefing with graphics. As we would like you to make missions based on new ideas we have posted some of the Graphichs (Sprites) you can put on the briefing Map. Together with the Custom Games frame you should be creating in no time. Also remember rudi's GunTool.
You can change the size of the tactical area map you get if you press n, it can be made lesser and only give a certain range around the helicoper position. When you move you can click Previous or next and see where you have been, but it adds an extra load on the pilot. Below you can see an example of Battlesize:
TITLE: Savage Rose
BATTLEFIELD: CZECH 110250 106500 0 0 5 26
BATTLESIZE: 4000 4000
You can also put "Range rings" around some Anti Aircraft units. The AAA's for example can only have a two kilometer radius. The Sams can have 4, 6 or 8 kilometers. To put that radius on the code must be "usam4b," for a four kilometer radius, "usam6b," for six and so on. Or for a AAA it would be "uadv2b".
If you want to use this circles notice that the coordinates u enter are the upper left corner of a imagined square lying around the circle (see screenshot below)
If you want to show that a unit has two ranges (one for cannon and one for missiles) you can use the ZSU code "rzsub,". This works only with red.
Most units that are shown as Platoon (three dots above the symbol) can be shown as smaller by changing the last letter of the code (p) to "b" or "c". The three dots will change to a single small line or nothing will be shown above the symbol. It depends on what u enter. Unfortunately there is no system in that. Sometimes the small line appears with "b" sometimes with "c". You will have to try around with this.
